Appointment Policies

We are proud to offer our clients on demand, same-day notary, document drafting and authentication services at affordable prices. To make things easier for you, Notable Notary does not charge for our notary services until the end of your appointment.
  • All of our online notary clients are emailed an invoice detailing the cost of our services and instructions for payment. After payment has been received, we will return the notarized copies of your documents via email and also ship your documents if requested.
  • All of our in-person notary clients are provided with the cost of our services and instructions for payment during their appointment. Invoices and receipts can be provided upon request.

*Document drafting and authentication services require full payment prior to release of the document.

Please reschedule your appointment at least one (1) hour in advance of your scheduled time. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in a $10 rescheduling fee.

Failure to show up for your scheduled appointment will result in a $10 cancellation fee. Please note that clients who are more than ten (10) minutes late for their scheduled appointment, without having provided adequate notice, will be charged a $5 late fee.

Notable Notary does not offer full refunds for our services. However, partial refunds (up to 50%) may be issued provided Notable Notary is responsible for any demonstrable error that cannot be resolved by re-notarizing the document(s).
