At Notable Notary, our notarization process is quick and easy. We’ve listed our 5 easy steps below so that our clients know exactly what to expect during their appointment.
- Present your notary with valid government issued photo identification (passport, driver’s license, etc.);
- Present your notary with the document(s) that you need notarized. Your notary will briefly go through the document with you to verify your willingness to sign and your awareness of the contents of the document(s);
- Once everything has been verified, your notary will then witness your signature;
- After you have signed, your notary will then witness the signature of any additional parties or witnesses; and
- Now that everyone has signed the document, your notary will affix their stamp(s) and emboss their seal to the document to fully execute the document.
