Appointment Policies
Please reschedule your appointment at least one (1) hour in advance of your scheduled time. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in a $10 rescheduling fee.
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please click "Change/Cancel Appointment" in your booking confirmation, or feel free to contact us.
Failure to show up for your scheduled appointment will result in a $10 cancellation fee. Please note that clients who are more than ten (10) minutes late for their scheduled appointment, without having provided adequate notice, will be charged a $5 late fee.

Notable Notary does not offer full refunds for our services. However, partial refunds (up to 50%) may be issued provided Notable Notary is responsible for any demonstrable error that cannot be resolved by re-notarizing the document(s).
