How It Works
1. Book Your Appointment
- Choose the date and time that is most convenient for you
- Appointments take 5-10 minutes
- Upload a copy of your document or email it to info@notablenotary.ca
2. Check Your Email
Once you schedule your appointment, you’ll receive:
- A confirmation email with your Zoom link
- Reminder emails detailing requirements and next steps
3. Prepare For Your Appointment
- Complete your document prior to your appointment
- DO NOT sign the document until instructed by your notary
- Have a valid government-issued photo ID ready
- Verification of your identity is required before notarization
4. Platform Used
- All sessions are held through Zoom
- No app downloads are required
- Just click the link we send and join from your computer, tablet or smartphone
5. Meet With Your Notary Online
- Click on the Zoom link provided to connect with your notary online
- Your notary will ask to see your Government-Issued Photo ID
6. Sign Your Document
- Physical copies can be signed with pen, scanned, and then emailed to info@notablenotary.ca for notarization
- Digital copies can be signed electronically. Your notary will arrange this for you
7. Get Your Documents
- You will receive your invoice via email
- Pay using our secure payment gateway or by eTransfer (instructions provided)
- Once payment is received, your notarized documents will be emailed to you immediately!
Document Prep Instructions
Before your session:
- DO NOT sign your document in advance
- Email the unsigned document to info@notablenotary.ca at least 1 hour before your appointment for review if not uploaded during booking

Securely send us your ID and documents. Our team checks everything in advance to make sure your files are complete and ready for notarization without delays.

Join your scheduled video call. A certified notary will verify your identity, witness your signature, and finalize the notarization—then email you the document instantly.
