Choose the date, time, and location that is most convenient for one of our notaries to come to you.

Please note that we provide mobile/travelling notary services and do not have a physical office location. We only offer mobile appointments within the Regional Municipality of Durham and the immediate surrounding areas.

If possible, complete your document before your appointment but please DO NOT sign the document until instructed by your notary.

Your notary will meet you at the location provided upon booking to begin the notarization process. Please have a piece of Government Issued Photo-ID readily available for your notary.

Your notary will advise you of the total cost and provide you with an e-receipt. All major forms of payment are accepted.

Notarized documents will be provided to you during your in-person appointment.
