Our online notarization services start at $32.99 per document. There are no hidden fees—what you see is what you pay.
Platform Used: Zoom
All sessions are held through Zoom. No app downloads are required—just click the link we send and join from your computer or smartphone.
What to Expect After Booking
Once you schedule your appointment, you’ll receive:
A confirmation email with your Zoom link.
A reminder email detailing ID requirements and next steps.
ID Requirements
Please have a valid government-issued photo ID ready during your session. Verification of your identity is required before notarization.
Document Prep Instructions
Before your session:
Do not sign your document in advance.
Email the unsigned document to info@notablenotary.ca at least 1 hour before your appointment.
How Signing Works
Depending on your document format, you may:
Physically sign it on camera, then scan and email it.
Or digitally sign it during the Zoom session and send us the signed version.
Payment Process
After your session, we’ll send you an invoice by email. You can pay securely through:
A secure online gateway, or
eTransfer (details will be provided).
Delivery of Notarized Documents
Once your payment is received, your notarized document will be emailed to you immediately.
