If a client has a legitimate complaint, they agree to first contact Notable Notary to resolve the issue. Violation of this clause may result in legal action.
Clients agree to comply with all local, provincial, and federal laws when using Notable Notary’s services. Notable Notary will not provide notarization services for documents that are illegal, fraudulent, or used for deceptive purposes. If a client attempts to use Notable Notary’s services in violation of applicable laws, we reserve the right to refuse service and report the incident to relevant authorities.
By using this Site, booking an appointment, or making a payment, you consent to conducting transactions electronically. This includes receiving agreements, notifications, and communications electronically. Your electronic signature or agreement to these Terms and Conditions shall be legally binding and equivalent to a physical signature.
Notable Notary provides notarization services in accordance with applicable laws and best practices; however, we do not guarantee that a third party (such as a government agency, court, or business) will accept a notarized document. It is the client’s responsibility to verify the requirements of the receiving party before requesting notarization. Notable Notary shall not be liable for any losses resulting from the rejection of a notarized document.
Notable Notary strives to keep its website and online booking system operational at all times. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we are not responsible for any delays, interruptions, or errors caused by technical issues, server downtime, or system maintenance. If a technical issue prevents a scheduled appointment, Notable Notary will make reasonable efforts to reschedule at a mutually agreed time.
Notable Notary and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates will not be liable for any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees from your use of the Site.
Except where prohibited by law, by using this Site you indemnify and hold harmless Notable Notary and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates from any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees arising out of your use of our Site or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions, and any disputes or claims arising from them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any legal action must be filed exclusively in the courts of Ontario, Canada
Subject to any exceptions specified in these Terms and Conditions, if you and Notable Notary are unable to resolve any dispute through informal discussion, then you and Notable Notary agree to submit the issue first before a non-binding mediator and to an arbitrator in the event that mediation fails. The decision of the arbitrator will be final and binding. Any mediator or arbitrator must be a neutral party acceptable to both you and Notable Notary.
Notwithstanding any other provision in these Terms and Conditions, you and Notable Notary agree that you both retain the right to bring an action in small claims court and to bring an action for injunctive relief or intellectual property infringement.
If at any time any of the provisions set forth in these Terms and Conditions are found to be inconsistent or invalid under applicable laws, those provisions will be deemed void and will be removed from these Terms and Conditions. All other provisions will not be affected by the removal and the rest of these Terms and Conditions will still be considered valid.
These Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time in order to maintain compliance with the law and to reflect any changes to the way we operate our Site and the way we expect users to behave on our Site.
