Notable Notary and Apostille Services was founded in May 2021 by Sierra Walker, a licensed Ontario paralegal with a background in corporate governance and finance. That background shaped how the business runs today: careful with details, clear about process, and focused on getting documents right the first time.
What started as an online and mobile notary practice serving Ajax, Pickering, Whitby, Oshawa, and the surrounding Durham Region has grown into a full-service team handling notarization, apostille and document authentication, and certified translation, for individuals, families, and businesses across Ontario. As the business has grown, our focus has shifted toward apostille and translation as core specialties, while notary services remain fully available, online, mobile, and everything in between.
Sierra is also the founder of The Notary Blueprint®, a separate education and training venture that helps other notaries build their own practices, and is recognized industry-wide as a notary expert and educator, regularly speaking and teaching on the field.
Today, our team includes contracted notaries and support staff, all licensed and in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario or an equivalent governing body, working together to make sure every document is handled accurately, conveniently, and on time. Removing barriers to legal and document services is central to how we work, whether that means meeting a client at their workplace, over video call, or coordinating a multi-step apostille and translation order behind the scenes.
