Notable Notary Inc. provides notary public and commissioner services in and for the province of Ontario, in addition to apostille, document authentication, and translation services. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. The content of this website is for informational purposes only. Your use of, or reliance upon, the information on this website does not, and is not intended to, establish a solicitor-client relationship. All content published and made available on our Site is the property of Notable Notary Inc. and the Site's creators. This includes, but is not limited to, images, text, logos, documents, downloadable files, and anything that contributes to the composition of our Site.
As a user of our Site, you agree to use our Site legally, not to use our Site for illegal purposes, and not to violate the intellectual property rights of the Site owners or any third party, hack into the account of another user, or act in any way that could be considered fraudulent. The following services are available on our Site: Notarization, Commissioning, Apostille Services, Document Authentication, Translation Services, Document Drafting, Courier Delivery, Travel Fees, and Recording of Video Conferences. Services are paid for in full when provided.
All information, descriptions, or images provided about our services are as accurate as possible; however, we are not legally bound by such information as we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all services we provide. You agree to purchase services from our Site "as is." We reserve the right to modify, reject, or cancel services whenever it becomes necessary. If we cancel a service and you have already made payment, we will provide a refund equal to the amount paid. You agree it is your responsibility to monitor your payment instrument to verify receipt of any refund.
Clients must provide valid, government-issued identification at the time of notarization. If a client fails to provide proper identification, or if fraud is suspected, Notable Notary Inc. reserves the right to refuse service. Clients are responsible for ensuring their documents are complete and accurate before notarization, apostille, or translation. Notable Notary Inc. is not responsible for errors, omissions, or rejections by third parties (including ODS or the receiving institution) due to document inaccuracies. Clients must not attempt to notarize, apostille, or translate fraudulent or misleading documents; any false or misleading information provided may result in service refusal and reporting to the appropriate authorities.
Our Site may offer goods and services from third parties. We cannot guarantee the quality or accuracy of goods and services made available by third parties on our Site.
We accept the following payment methods: credit card, Visa Debit, PayPal, Debit, Interac e-Transfer, and cash. By providing payment information, you authorize our use of and access to the chosen payment instrument, and authorize us to charge the amount due. If we believe your payment has violated any law or these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to cancel or reverse your transaction.
By providing your contact information, you consent to receive promotional messages (offers, discounts, limited-time deals), informational messages (appointment confirmations, updates, reminders), and marketing content (newsletters, service updates, educational resources). Messaging frequency varies, typically weekly, depending on service updates and promotional campaigns. Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier.

Clients agree not to make any false, misleading, or disparaging statements about Notable Notary Inc., its services, employees, or affiliates in any form, including online reviews, social media, or public forums. If a client has a legitimate complaint, they agree to first contact us to resolve the issue. Violation of this clause may result in legal action.
Clients agree to comply with all local, provincial, and federal laws when using our services. We will not provide notarization, apostille, or translation services for documents that are illegal, fraudulent, or used for deceptive purposes. If a client attempts to use our services in violation of applicable laws, we reserve the right to refuse service and report the incident to relevant authorities.
By using this Site, booking an appointment, or making a payment, you consent to conducting transactions electronically, including receiving agreements, notifications, and communications electronically. Your electronic signature or agreement to these Terms and Conditions is legally binding and equivalent to a physical signature.
Notable Notary Inc. provides notarization, apostille, and translation services in accordance with applicable laws and best practices; however, we do not guarantee that a third party (such as a government agency, court, institution, or business) will accept a notarized, apostilled, or translated document. It is the client's responsibility to verify the requirements of the receiving party before requesting our services. Notable Notary Inc. shall not be liable for any losses resulting from the rejection of a document by a third party.
Notable Notary Inc. strives to keep its website and online booking system operational at all times. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we are not responsible for any delays, interruptions, or errors caused by technical issues, server downtime, or system maintenance. If a technical issue prevents a scheduled appointment, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule at a mutually agreed time.
Notable Notary Inc. and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates will not be liable for any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses, including legal fees, arising from your use of the Site.
Except where prohibited by law, by using this Site you indemnify and hold harmless Notable Notary Inc. and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates from any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of your use of our Site or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.
Notable Notary Inc. shall not be held liable for delays or failure to provide services due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, governmental actions, pandemics, or server failures.
These Terms and Conditions, and any disputes or claims arising from them, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any legal action must be filed exclusively in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
Subject to any exceptions specified in these Terms and Conditions, if you and Notable Notary Inc. are unable to resolve a dispute through informal discussion, both parties agree to submit the issue first to a non-binding mediator and, if mediation fails, to an arbitrator whose decision will be final and binding. Any mediator or arbitrator must be a neutral party acceptable to both parties. Notwithstanding the above, both parties retain the right to bring an action in small claims court and to bring an action for injunctive relief or intellectual property infringement.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be inconsistent or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be deemed void and removed, without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.
These Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time to maintain compliance with the law and reflect changes to how we operate our Site. We will notify users by email of changes or post a notice on our Site.
